Ellen Katharine Anderson, MA, is a certified Melt Method Level I instructor, certified Energy Codes facilitator, and certified Amba Movement facilitator. She also takes a small number of private Embodied Vocals students and offers two annual online classes: The Love Yourself Valentine’s Cleanse and The Summer Skin School. Currently becoming certified as an herbalist with the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education, she integrates her knowledge of natural health and healing into everything she does.
While Ellen Katharine firmly believes that we are NOT, in our essence, bodies, she also knows from personal experience that a body racked with aches, pains, inflammation-related illnesses and uncomfortable weight fluctuations can be a major distraction from showing up fully for your life.
Ellen would be the first person to remind you, YOU ARE NOT A BODY (no, you are so much more than that!). To that end, she enjoys helping people come back to the lives they love through offering easily-accessible daily practices – like the Melt Method, Dr. Sue Morter’s Energy Codes breath work, and the Amba Movement practices – that help them find a “way in” to their bodies that is do-able, affordable, and easy to integrate into daily life:
